More Than Human
Let us not forget to Whom we have been betrothed. Our Bridegroom is near, and the Spirit has sealed us for such a time as this. We are not called to ourselves but to the One who loved us and gave Himself for us. Shall we not live for Him?
The life Jesus died to give us is not a treasure to hoard but a witness that He is God, that He lives, and that He saves. Our lives are to provoke the hearts of those who have yet to know Him.

Ode to September
September—
You are set with promise, offering opportunities, and bathed in holy anticipation.
You stand at the threshold of fulfillment, the precursor—prelude to the Lord’s divine will and plans for the rest of the year. You quicken the groans to give way to glory, travail to triumph, and waiting to wonder.

Flickering Light: The Cost of Comparison
Comparison is a subtle thief. It creeps in quietly, convincing us that what God has given is not enough. Like Cain with Abel, Rachel with Leah, or the elder brother with the prodigal, we begin to measure our worth by another’s portion and miss the miracle in our own hands. Yet Scripture reminds us that in Christ we already possess everything—His presence, His love, His provision. The lie of “not enough” blinds us, but the truth of Jesus restores our sight.

No Battle, No Spoils
Beloved, stillness is not passivity: it’s Spirit-directed activity. It is laying down self-effort to abide in the presence of God. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t a wrestle. It means we fight differently. The enemy wasn’t just after my health alone—he was after the Word. The Lord showed me the battle was never meant to destroy me. Here me again, the enemy may have sent it, but he isn’t in control of it.

Christianity Is Hard When I Treat Faith Like a Formula Instead of Fellowship with the Living God.
It’s a quiet ache many of us have felt but few admit. We’re taught to trust, pray, tithe, serve, declare, fast, and we should. But sometimes, our hearts subtly twist these holy practices into formulas: If I do X, God will do Y. When life doesn’t follow that equation, disillusionment sets in.

Labels, Limits, and the Language of Faith.
Oftentimes, when we apply natural labels to things, we unintentionally set spiritual limits. Labels often appear harmless, but they can become liabilities when they’re not rooted in truth.

Perfect Grace, Permanent Forgiveness
Dependence anchors us in His sufficiency, obedience aligns us with His will, and surrender allows His Spirit to live through us. His nature becomes evident in us not by effort, but by abiding. As we remain in Him, His love transforms us, and our lives bear witness to the One who first loved us.

Now Is The Time⏳: The Lie 🤥 of Later⌛️and A Wake-Up Call ☎️ to Come Home
The enemy’s most effective lie isn’t always “God isn’t real”—it’s “You’ve got time.” But Scripture offers a holy interruption: Now is the day of salvation. This devotional is a wake-up call to the urgency of grace, the nearness of Christ’s return, and the danger of spiritual delay. Don’t sleep through your moment. Respond to Him—today.

You Don’t Wash Before the Bath: The Scandalous Grace of Jesus
You Don’t Wash Before the Bath is a powerful devotional unpacking the scandalous grace of Jesus Christ. Many believe they must fix their lives before coming to God, but the Gospel flips that lie on its head. With scriptural truth and compassionate conviction, this post exposes the myth of self-cleansing and proclaims the finished work of Jesus. Come as you are—because grace doesn’t require pre-cleaning. It invites brokenness and offers full restoration through Christ.

Partake Worthily: The Communion, Christ-Consciousness, and The Cross
Many believers avoid the Lord’s Supper due to fear or misunderstanding, not realizing it’s a Table of triumph, not shame. In this revealing post, Andrea Brown shares how the Bread and the Cup are not reminders of sin—but revelations of healing, inheritance, and the finished work of Christ. If you’ve ever approached Communion with trembling instead of trust, this is your invitation to come boldly, behold the Lamb, and partake with wonder.

Help Is Here: Receiving the Rescue Reserved for the Redeemed
Have you ever wondered why God didn’t offer help to fallen angels, but chose to help you? Hebrews 2:16 reveals a powerful truth about who receives God’s help and why. In this post, we’ll explore the redemptive grace reserved for the seed of Abraham, the cosmic story of redemption unfolding since Genesis, and what it means to receive the help God has already made available through Christ. With Scriptural insight, reflection, and journal prompts, this is a truth worth settling

Christianity is Hard When I Decide to Settle For Less Than God’s Best.
When we settle, we forfeit God’s best. We end up embracing counterfeits not because He hasn’t provided, but because we lack steadfastness and patience, or fear convinces us that His best is out of reach.

Reign In Life: The Paths of Righteousness
Righteousness is not just our inheritance in Christ; it’s our daily path, inward peace, and outward witness. It is the assurance that the One who leads us is faithful. The journey may wind, the night may fall, but His light grows brighter. And in every step, we are becoming more like the One we follow.

The Sacred Work of Stillness in Full Bloom
“I find myself in such a season. The air hums with hope, bees buzz, birds sing, blossoms unfold—and everything says move. But the Lord says, ‘Be still.’ Not disengaged, but deeply rooted. Watching. Listening. Preparing.”

Anchored in the Impossible: Trusting the God Who Cannot Lie
Here is the thing: God knows the heart. Those who know Him, who he has saved—love Him, and we bear the fruit of God because we are the children of God. Sin no longer fits us; it doesn't mean we don't make mistakes, but we wouldn't dare trample the grace of our Lord Jesus. Therefore, we don't make a practice of sin. John makes it crystal clear that when apostasy occurs, it isn't believers but those who profess to be so.

Christianity is Hard When We See Life through Our Wounds Instead of Christ’s Piercings.
Through Scripture, testimony, and practical steps, it invites us to view our past through the lens of grace—where shame gives way to worship, wounds become altars, and our story is rewritten by the blood of Jesus. This is for the one who’s tired of letting pain narrate their identity—there’s a better Way.
